Licensing, pricing, downloads, and how Exclusive, Contributor, and Third-Party Media differ.
CONDOIMAGE is built for real estate professionals who need licensed building media — including agents, brokers, teams, marketing agencies, property managers, and platforms.
CONDOIMAGE operates across both B2C (individual professionals and teams) and B2B (portals, MLS/IDX providers, associations, PropTech, and marketing platforms).
CONDOIMAGE clearly separates three media license levels in each building package:
- CONDOIMAGE Exclusive Media — photography and related assets owned and licensed by CONDOIMAGE. These carry the broadest usage rights under our Content License Agreement.
- CONDOIMAGE Contributor Media — media CONDOIMAGE does not own the copyright to, but has the right to distribute. Assets may come from partner photographers, developers, and other contributors.
- Third-Party Media — typically renderings and floor plans supplied by developers or other rights holders. These may be included with a package but are not licensed by CONDOIMAGE; usage is subject to the rights of the respective developer or copyright holder.
Always check the package card and license terms for the building you are downloading.
CONDOIMAGE Exclusive Media is produced and owned by CONDOIMAGE (for example exteriors, amenities, drone, lobby, and other exclusive gallery categories).
When you purchase a paid building package, Exclusive Media is licensed to you for MLS listings, websites, social media, and real estate marketing, according to the Content License Agreement.
CONDOIMAGE Contributor Media is media that CONDOIMAGE does not own the copyright to, but has the right to distribute.
These assets can come from partner photographers, developers, and other contributors. Copyright remains with the applicable rights holder; CONDOIMAGE distributes the media under the distribution rights granted by that contributor.
Third-Party Media usually includes developer renderings and floor plans. It is often included free with a paid package, or may make up a free building pack.
Third-Party Media is not licensed by CONDOIMAGE. Usage is subject to the rights of the respective developer or copyright holder. Treat it as limited-rights / reference marketing material unless you have separate permission from the rights holder.
A paid one-time purchase typically includes:
- All CONDOIMAGE Exclusive Media for that building (licensed download)
- Any available Third-Party Media such as renderings and floor plans (included when available, with limited usage rights)
- High-resolution download and instant access after signup/payment
The register and checkout package cards show the Exclusive count separately from Third-Party media.
Pricing is a simple one-time purchase per building — no subscription. Prices vary by building starting at $5 per building media package.
Some buildings are offered as free packs ($0). Free packs often emphasize Third-Party media (renderings and floor plans) and still require account acceptance of the applicable license terms before download.

Yes. CONDOIMAGE Exclusive Media is provided in MLS-ready formats and may be used for MLS listings, listing portals, websites, presentations, social media, and digital real estate marketing under the Content License Agreement.
Do not assume the same rights apply to Third-Party Media — see the Third-Party question above.
Yes. Third-Party Media (renderings and floor plans) is included for convenience when available, but CONDOIMAGE does not license those assets. Your usage must follow the rights of the developer or copyright holder.
If you need cleared commercial rights for a specific rendering or floor plan beyond what the rights holder allows, contact the developer/source or CONDOIMAGE for guidance.
Yes. After you create an account and complete purchase (or accept a free pack), media is available for immediate download from your library — no waiting for manual approvals.
Review the Content License Agreement for Exclusive Media terms, plus our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. You must accept these before download on register and checkout.
Developer Partnership Questions
For condominium developers and project teams distributing approved media through CONDOIMAGE.
The Developer Partnership helps condominium developers distribute approved project media — renderings, photography, floor plans, videos, and marketing visuals — to real estate professionals and platforms through CONDOIMAGE.
You provide the approved media. We organize, standardize, optimize, and distribute it.
It is designed for residential developers, development marketing teams, and authorized project representatives who want approved project media easier for agents, brokerages, websites, MLS organizations, portals, and PropTech platforms to access and use.
CONDOIMAGE can organize and distribute a broad range of approved development media, including:
- Exterior, interior, and amenity renderings
- Professional and drone photography
- Floor plans and site plans
- Videos and lifestyle imagery
- Project logos and selected marketing visuals
Developer-provided media remains owned by the applicable developer, photographer, agency, or rights holder. CONDOIMAGE distributes the media according to the permissions provided by the authorized source, including ownership, attribution, usage permissions, and any distribution limitations.
No. CONDOIMAGE is a complementary distribution channel. It is not designed to replace your project website, sales gallery, marketing agency, sales team, or existing broker portal. It makes approved project media easier for the broader real estate industry to access.
Getting started is simple:
- Provide your media — send your approved media package or give our team access to your authorized source.
- We build your media library — CONDOIMAGE organizes, categorizes, prepares, and structures your project media.
- Confirm media & rights — confirm what is distributed and the applicable permissions.
- We distribute — your approved media becomes available through the CONDOIMAGE ecosystem.
Minimal additional workload for your development team.
As your development moves from pre-construction to construction and completion, approved media can change. New photography may replace renderings, and updated floor plans or amenity visuals may replace earlier versions. CONDOIMAGE provides a centralized structure so you can update the library and keep the current approved assets available for distribution.
Tell us about your development on the Developer Partners page and our team will contact you about adding your approved project media to CONDOIMAGE.

Yes. If you are a developer, authorized marketing representative, photographer, architect, or other rights holder and simply want CondoImage to update, correct, replace, properly attribute, or remove material, you may contact us without filing a formal DMCA notice.
Media Contributor Partner Questions
For photographers, videographers, drone operators, and media companies contributing professional building media through CONDOIMAGE.
When you contribute building media to CONDOIMAGE, you join a global Media Contributor Partner network of photographers, videographers, drone operators, real estate media companies, and production studios.
Your submissions fuel not only CONDOIMAGE's B2C Direct Access library for agents, listing coordinators, marketing teams, and property managers, but also B2B API distribution for portals, MLS/IDX providers, REALTOR® associations, brokerages, PropTech, and other industry platforms. That means eligible professional building media can stay visible across the real estate industry long after the original assignment ends.
As the industry continues to evolve, CONDOIMAGE remains committed to supporting Media Contributor Partners through clear licensing options — Standard, Exclusive, and Buyout — and exploring additional avenues of opportunity, exposure, and earnings potential.
You must be at least 18 years of age, and you must control the necessary rights to the professional building media you submit. You should be the copyright owner, or otherwise authorized to license that media for distribution through CONDOIMAGE.
Submissions are subject to the CONDOIMAGE Media Contributor Partner Agreement and our content standards. Every submission is reviewed for professional quality, building accuracy, technical standards, and licensing eligibility.
Media owned by a client, or restricted by exclusivity, confidentiality, or other third-party terms, may not be eligible.
Yes. Under Standard and Exclusive, you retain copyright ownership.
Buyout arrangements are different. CONDOIMAGE acquires the rights specifically defined in the applicable Buyout agreement.
Yes. Existing professional building media is a major part of the program, provided you control the necessary rights and the media meets CONDOIMAGE standards.
You may only submit media for which you retain the necessary licensing rights.
Media owned by a client or subject to contractual, exclusivity, confidentiality, or other third-party restrictions may not be eligible.
The specific media you designate as Exclusive is distributed exclusively through CONDOIMAGE according to the applicable Media Contributor Partner terms.
The media is exclusive. You are not.
Approved Partner Media can generate licensing revenue through multiple CONDOIMAGE channels.
Building Media Packages. Real estate professionals purchase licensed building-media packages for listings, marketing, and social media. Packages may include photography, drone, amenities, and exterior media.
B2B & Enterprise Licensing. Brokerages, MLS/IDX providers, REALTOR® associations, property managers, and portals can license media at scale.
API & CDN Distribution. Media can also be delivered to third-party platforms and applications via the CONDOIMAGE API and CDN.
One asset can be licensed across multiple channels — direct, enterprise, and API.
CONDOIMAGE handles licensing, delivery, and distribution. You earn based on your Media Contributor Partner agreement.
Standard Media earns a 30% royalty and Exclusive Media earns a 40% royalty on qualifying licensing revenue attributable to eligible media, subject to the Media Contributor Partner Agreement.
Buyout media receives an agreed upfront payment instead of ongoing royalties.
Eligible earnings accumulate in your Media Contributor Partner account and are paid according to CONDOIMAGE's payout schedule, minimum payout requirements, and payment methods available in your country.
Yes. Large existing libraries can be handled through CONDOIMAGE's bulk contribution process.
